Design

A logo is just the beginning. Designing collateral materials that evoke the essence of your brand is imperative to the success of your brand. Equally important are creating guidelines, templates and tools that can be shared across the company and with partners to ensure these materials are on brand — helping you present your best.

Organize

Design is a team effort. Launching a new product, developing a cohesive campaign, designing a website and coordinating trade shot materials require attention and organization. I find the challenges that come with design motivating and exciting. Hard deadlines, fast-paced, working with a team, understanding how all the moving parts fit together, from structural to functional to esthetic—this is when I'm at my best. 

Engage

The projects that give me the most satisfaction are those that allow to stay engaged—mentoring, volunteering and finding the fun in each opportunity. I find that engagement is imperative to continuous learning. Working in an industry that is constantly evolving both creating and technologically, I think it important to stay connects to what’s happening now.
