Who, what, where, when, why & how? Design is a team effort. Launching a new product, developing a cohesive campaign, designing a website and coordinating trade shot materials require attention and organization. I find the challenges that come with design motivating and exciting. Hard deadlines, fast-paced, working with a team, understanding how all the moving parts fit together, from structural to functional to esthetic—this is when I'm at my best.
